Well, honestly, we don’t have to say too much.

When they continually attack us personally without ever addressing the real issues (and facts), it’s clear that their balls are in a vice grip.

I feel honored to be continually and personally attacked by Daniel Mongiardo and his backwater friends. They have no idea just how much publicity they give me, for free, each time they attack me, go after me or mention my name.

That’s bullshit. Show me where I haven’t dealt with the facts in the U.S. Senate race.

It is, indeed, valid that he sent an email blast. Look at the subject. The email went to all KCA members. That’s an email blast.

Name-calling? Daniel Mongiardo is, in fact, a homophobe. He is single-handedly responsible for the largest anti-gay moment in Kentucky history with SB245. And he’s responsible for anti-gay legislator agreements every year since.

What is it with me? I know FEC guidelines up one side and down the other, that’s what. What Moss sent out is considered coordination from an outside organization. (See FED Advisory Opinion 1997-16) Asking for/begging for/requesting/yelling for/crying for campaign contributions for a candidate in an email blast (mass email) requires paid for by language and must include contribution limit information. Because we have something in this country called contribution limits and campaign finance law.

Also love that you folks don’t have the balls to use your real identity.

Given the verbiage present in the e-mail from Mr. Moss, your characterization of “sent out an email blast begging for campaign contributions”, is not valid. It was in point of fact phrased as a request. In fact, one does not have to dig very far to find the word “requesting “. “We’re not just out for a discussion of the facts in the U.S. Senate race or anything.”, well most of the time it appears that you, facts and or honest dialogue have a difficult time getting into the same room, while distortion and name calling appear to be your drinking buddies.
“Should be noted that “he desires to collect a large sum of cash” is not sufficient as a campaign solicitation in a federal race. When sending emails like this, the FEC requires that there be ‘paid for by’ language and disclosure of contribution limits.”, what law school was it you graduated from Jake?
