The feds have leaked so much on this, but they'll have a very hard time making the case that Lawson bribed Nighbert. There's been absolutely nothing made public that links Lawson to the consulting firm that Nighbert worked for. That's pure speculation. They have the fish in Rummage's freezer but not one shred of proof that Nighbert was on the take. Re: the session.
