Last Friday’s video address from Governor Steve Beshear got lost in the hubbub of the eleventy trillion dollar budget shortfall in Kentucky. So, here is, in all two minutes of his glory, talking about the annual Biotechnology Industry Organization conference:

Not sure why the first half of the video was spent talking about cocktail parties governors have at the conference, but whatever. We hope this brings tons of cash into the Commonwealth.

And we hope that the gubnuh will some day be a bit more hard-hitting in his weekly address. Because the people want red meat and confidence.
