What are the odds that Senate President David Williams will pull a Jody Richards and adjourn on the first day of the special session?

The Governor’s office is telling everyone and their mother that they plan to put slots on the call “later in the session.” That’s right. “Later in the session.”

It’s a special session – it should be no more than five or six days.

Can you imagine what the press and us dirty bloggers will do if Frankfort is playing around for an extended special legislative session? “$60,000 per day! $60,000 per day! $60,000 per day!”

That’s what we’ll be screaming.
