He’s tired of people confusing him for Gopher from The Love Boat.

How dare you compare The LOooOoooove Boat with Marty! Apologize!

  • 3 johnny // Feb 18, 2009 at 10:09 am

    because he’s full of shit.

He feels trapped in a humane body.

Oh, to be a real android!!

he has a pair-a-sol up his ass & fears it will open – proving to the world that inside he’s as empty as he’s been accused od being.

New rule: Your fill-in-the-blank can’t be so terrible that it makes me gag and/or feel uncomfortable. I know it’s rare that I’d have a momentary lapse in meanness… but… uh…

he just realized where his pet hamster is…

I’m not one to ever be accused of being a slave to fashion…but isn’t that tie a paisley print…circa the mid to late 1980′s ? Button down tabs?

I’ll bet he’s humming the the tune “1985″.

  • 10 jake // Feb 18, 2009 at 12:55 pm

His tie is great. Bad knot, but I’d definitely wear it. He’s wearing a gay homo tie!

    Button-down collars? FAIL.

  • 11 E // Feb 18, 2009 at 1:00 pm

    Definitely a FAILED Windsor knot.
He could have lost the pen too…at least while he’s on camera

  • 12 Mark // Feb 18, 2009 at 1:00 pm

Forget the tie Jake, I want to see how many pens he has in his pocket protector being covered up by his jacket.

What’s wrong with button-down collars? A timeless classic.

  • 14 E // Feb 18, 2009 at 1:46 pm

Without a tie…button collars are ok.

With a tie…a collar, starched and pressed properly with the neck sized correctly, should behave itself without the aid of buttons.
Brian Williams of NBC sets the standard for sharp dressing in my book.

  • 15 jake // Feb 18, 2009 at 1:47 pm

Sorry, but a respectable Republican would wear starched collars with collar-stays. Just saying.

  • 16 E // Feb 18, 2009 at 2:24 pm

    I’m no republican.
If there’s a tie…there will be no button downs near my neck…and the lapels will be pressed sharp.

I wear suits so rarely, I try to do it right when I do so.

button down collars went out with Flock of Seagulls.

Martin Cothran looks so pent up because …

… he’s feeling like subject of an episode of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Martin Cothran appears so pent up because he is trying to hide the fact that he is Chuck Norris’ sensei.
