		<description>I can&#039;t understand the legal challenges to Barack Obama&#039;s status as a &quot;natural born&quot; citizen. &quot;Natural born&quot; means citizenship bestowed (may be wrong word) upon someone as the result of the nature of that person&#039;s birth, no naturalization process is necessary.

Even if it can be established that Obama was NOT born in the United States (I don&#039;t think it can), his birth to a mother who is a citizen of the United States bestows &quot;natural born&quot; status on him as of the date of his birth. See 8 United  States Code, section 1409 and assorted Supreme Court and other federal cases.</description>

		<description>Today is World AIDS Day, and I&#039;m sort of mystified why I haven&#039;t seen/heard/read anything about it in the mainstream media at all. Heard a story about it on the BBC World Service last night, but I guess in America nobody cares. What a shame.</description>
