"Natural born" means citizenship bestowed (may be wrong word) upon someone as the result of the nature of that person's birth, no naturalization process is necessary. Even if it can be established that Obama was NOT born in the United States (I don't think it can), his birth to a mother who is a citizen of the United States bestows "natural born" status on him as of the date of his birth. See 8 United States Code, section 1409 and assorted Supreme Court and other federal cases.
