It's the fact that she's inexperienced, and is not a good lawyer to start with that's the problem as well. It's nice when you can coast your way through law school while never being prepared, get out of a cheating charge, and get placed in Irv Maze's office because your dad is chums with him. Read the rating polls taken by her peers and see what they have to say. Read posts by people that work in the court system with her. Massive yard signs and a huge checkbook provided by family 'friends' should not suddenly make you have any right to be a judge. I realize this is the reality of it, all I have to do is look at the idiot who's in the White House for a recent example. It's nothing new, but for anyone who knows this girl from growing up around here the situation is laughable. This has got to be the biggest joke to real lawyers and people that have worked for the court system for years and have taken it seriously.
