I got some advice for Katie King. If she really wants to confront the "good ole boy" system in Jefferson County, she should not stand next to the three Audubon Park Police Officers in her latest commercial. These unprofessionals are the Moe, Curly, and Larry of Good Ole Boys. Oh, I guess that would make her dad, Jim King, Shimp. Vote David Holton!

Hey, did any of you guys find any actual evidence yet, or is this still pure conjecture?

One big problem with this country is that, instead of being qualified, we instead have elected the spoiled brat playboy/playgirl spawn of the rich and avaricious to run this country. George W. Bush and John McCain qualify for that. So, indeed, does Katie King. I want competent people in office, not the demon spawn of the rich.

I was one that received this letter as well. It reinforces what many have spoken to me about and that there is more than marijuana in her past and present. Unfortunately none will use their real names for fear of retribution by Jim King's money.

The truth will out as many of us are diligently working on getting the proof we need.

Dear fear and loathing,

You possess in your loathing a profound pedagogical fear. Sit up straight and curb your curricular recalcitrance. Listen to Dwayne LeFony and be educated!

Why should anyone care that Katie has never handled a case regarding domestic violence, DUI, criminal non-support, sex crime, juvenile crime, small claims, district civil, probate, and disability? Why should anyone care that Katie has raised $207,440.00 to mask her immaturity? Why should anyone care whether these attacks against her are more superficial than her own campaign? She is hot, right?

Devotion to one’s city is a damn rare thing these days. Katie King permanently tramp stamps her love of Louisville on her body, and we question the relevance in this election. Have we also forgotten how Ms. King inked her place in Louisville’s athletic lore by leading the Assumption Rockets to their first ever national title in Volleyball?!?

You are naïve not to contextualize your vote in view of this early-morning marijuana mishap. Recall that in 2004, Katie King was the reigning Z Salon and Spa “Z-Girl” of the year. Have you thought to consider, in the wake of this scandal, whether she was stripped of her crown? If Z Salon permitted Ms. King to fulfill her reign, who are we to deny her a judicial throne? Katie’s coronation awaits!

Sincerely,

Dwayne C. LeFony

I might have smoked weed, but I'm not running for judge. It's not just weed with her either. She's gotta realize she's gonna be a hypocrite if she's elected and passes judgment on people that come before her, but she doesn't really care. She doesn't even have a full understanding of the law and the role of a judge with two years experience. If you want proof look at her campaign statements. It's the fact that she's inexperienced, and is not a good lawyer to start with that's the problem as well. It's nice when you can coast your way through law school while never being prepared, get out of a cheating charge, and get placed in Irv Maze's office because your dad is chums with him. Read the rating polls taken by her peers and see what they have to say. Read posts by people that work in the court system with her. Massive yard signs and a huge checkbook provided by family 'friends' should not suddenly make you have any right to be a judge. I realize this is the reality of it, all I have to do is look at the idiot who's in the White House for a recent example. It's nothing new, but for anyone who knows this girl from growing up around here the situation is laughable. This has got to be the biggest joke to real lawyers and people that have worked for the court system for years and have taken it seriously. There are lawyers active for decades that don't run for judge because they respect the fact that it takes experience and time to get prepared for that position...And please don't vote for her because you think she's hot you idiots.

Uhhh...basically yes dummy. And it aint just weed. Mr. Detenber has already been unsuccessfully strong-armed into making a statement to indemnify himself and exonerate her. What a bunch of bullshit. These people are evil. But hey...she's hot!!! Stupid Louisville voters make me sick.

So let me see if I got you guys. Smoking weed in the past means someone can't be a judge now?
I guess none of you guys have ever done an illegal drug, ever, not even once.
