Remember that little lawsuit Denise Harper Angel filed against Scott Ritcher for running for State Senate against her?
You know, the one where she got all pissy that someone would actually try to run against her?
Haha, so, funny story… turns out now-disgraced Kentucky Democratic Party Chairwoman Jennifer Moore is behind it all.
“That’s a straightforward requirement in order to be on the ballot,” says Jennifer Moore, chairwoman of the Kentucky Democratic Party. The party examines all petitioning candidates for irregularities, Moore says.
Hahahaha. Jesus Christ. The laughter. It hurts. Jennifer thinks she can sue everyone into oblivion and they’ll just disappear. Way to embarrass Kentucky Democrats!
Denise Harper Angel, Jennifer Moore and the rest of Kentucky Democrats should be ashamed. Filing a lawsuit to keep an Independent– who has no chance of winning– from running for office over 18 out of 105 names on a petition? Hahahaha. That’s what the KDP has fallen to. A laughable embarrassment.

Amen, brother! This is about as petty as it gets for people whose seat was safe. They are just alerting people to Richter’s existance and his site has no amount of kindness for Harper-Angel’s “work” in the senate. I bet the folks who gave money to her campiagn didnt expect her to spend it on lawyers and I bet there are alot of folks who think the taxes and our courts are being wasted for this paranoid B.S. Let it go already…
