The affidavit was given by FBI Special Agent T. Clay Mason to obtain court approval of search warrants for two businesses that Mason said were believed to have records relating to payments made to Nighbert. Agent Mason should also look into the city of Williamsburg Water Park (H.Rogers Park). The city paid for the land then Mayor Nighbert and his friends open up a bank on the same land. Look also at the Williamsburg Post Office. Who brougth this land again Nighbert and friends. I-75 interchange development in Williamsburg again Nighbert has a gas station on this interchange. The so called million dollar Cumberland River Trash gate. Again Nighbert had a interest in this property. He was able to get a sweet deal on this property for a hunting club (You should the members list). The Circuit Clerk Gary Barton and Alvin Sharp just to name a few should be questioned. I don't thank they are so dum as to lie to the F.B.I. Just the start and this guy never played a game of football. He just was not man enough. Now I understand why his little boy is in so much trouble. The apple does not fall far from the tree. Both son and father want-to-be.
