I was rabbit hunting along some rail road tracks back in November when i heard a two stroke four wheeler coming down the roads at a high rate of speed. The four wheeler slowed down some and then went across a very rough rail road crossing. The state police car didnt slow down but actually accelerated right before the rail road crossing. When the police car crossed the tracks it slammed down into the pavement so hard the frame bottomed out. It sounded like the whole bottom of the car was being ripped out from underneath it. This whole episode happened about fifteen feet in front of me. What about state police who deliberately abuse their patrol vehicles. Like a dumb ass, I pulled over. He told me I was speeding and the next time he saw me, he would write me a ticket. This guy was wearing blue jeans and a tan colored shirt with a state parks emblem on it. I think he had glasses. I know for a fact that he wasnt a state park ranger because I know the ranger and I know that he is always in uniform with a badge, gun, handcuffs, etc and drives a tan colored marked police vehicle with blue lights. This guy was not in any uniform, nor did he have any badge, gun, handcuffs, etc. He definitely broke the law by impersonating a police officer and official misconduct. I would like to know who he is! I pulled off hyden exit and another car behind me pulled up and came to see if i was ok to my shock she told me the state vechile had ran her off the road earlier,Thank God I saw the licsences plate # (W2*1*)- offical Comm of Ky plates.The driver had got a picture of the near crash on her cell phone.We both have agreed on what to do,so now we are awaiting the state crime lab to verify and autho the picture.And pledged to not stop untill this manic driver is fired.
