UPDATE: Hebert has Bill Clinton’s full schedule. He also reports that the national press is in Kentucky in anticipation of Hillary giving her ‘I’m dropping out’ speech after her win on Tuesday.

That speech is likely to be broadcast by all of the major networks, looking for a sign that Clinton might bow out of the presidential race after her expected win in Kentucky on Tuesday. CNN already has its election tour bus parked in front of the Capitol building in Frankfort and has been doing live reports on the Kentucky democratic presidential primary race since Wednesday.
