I think Bruce Lunsford will be a good fit in the Senate. It is definitely time for McConnell to go and the Democrats need to work hard and together to see that it happens.

What’s the over/under on a release from the Fischer campaign something similar to “In Latest Poll, Fischer Doubles His Support”?

Yawn. Lunsford has no chance in November

And anyone else would have a chance in November?
Maybe Greg Fischer with his high name ID and desire to spend dozens of millions of dollars?
Maybe Michael Cassaro with his fancy, high-end and successful campaign?
Heh. I know that’ s not what you’re saying, but I couldn’t resist.

What about David L. Williams, Jake? He has the name recognition. Run ads stating “You know David Williams will get the job done in the Senate” and he just might pull it off (he did win the primary statewide for Ag Commissioner, remember) . 527 groups could run ads on how “liberal” he is in the other David William’s State Senate district, opening up a chance for a Democratic pickup there in 2010.
