Three individuals have been nominated by a judicial commission to fill Justice McAnulty’s Kentucky Supreme Court seat:
- Lisabeth Hughes Abramson, Court of Appeals Judge
- Geoffrey P. Morris, Jefferson Circuit Judge
- James M. Shake, Jefferson Circuit Judge
The judge Gov. Ernie Fletcher appoints will serve until the November 2008 general election.
