He touts family values, his religious faith, and desires for all children to have health care. Finally some substance without mentioning casinos. What’s next?
Where’s Dr. Dan? He’s hugely popular and it leaves us wondering why he’s yet to be featured as part of the ticket he’s running on.

Methinks Beshear is onto something here.
Kentucky for too long has been a backwater in economic development even as our fine universities have produced lots of smart graduates and medical/scientific breakthroughs, only to lose probably the vast majority of these smart people to other states once they start looking for jobs.
This has to stop no matter who wins in November. And I’m very happy that Beshear is alluding to this *real* problem.
Kentucky first… and Keeping Kentucky families together… very smart approach here!
