Why, it’s your future being flushed away! And the sound of Jody Richards saying the energy bill will “sail through” the house– spitting in the face of critics and Kentuckians for the Commonwealth. Damn those people who want to know about environmental impact.
And we thought Jody had no backbone!
We hear a cadre of Democrats and Republicans alike are busily recruiting a replacement for Richards. Does this mean his plan to remain popular in his home district is a failure?

Jody Richards is a joke and has no backbone. He should be replaced by the people and by the state representatives. If he is a definition of a leader we are all in trouble. I sure dont want to hear Richards talk about Fletcher that is for sure. Both are a joke.

I have yet to hear a reason for the taxpayers of Kentucky to subsidize the shareholders of a private enterprise. If they need a subsidy from the GOP, is it “free enterprise”? Or Wingnut Welfare?

What if that subsidy is coming from the Democratic Speaker of the House?
It’s corrupt either way you cut it.

Well, at least Richards forced Fletcher to cut all that other non-emergency crap out of the special session.
But yeah, this legislation has a stench to it.

That stench is the carbon-filled air you’ll be breathing for decades to come.
Or maybe it’s the odor of Jody Richards’ horribly cheap hair dye.

Jody is there as long as he wants to be.

You know we could argue this point until the cows home home, but it makes little difference.
Nobody listens\very few of us care.
It is plain and simple the COAL PEOPLE put the pressure on and it was a done deal. The absurdity, of this ENERGY BILL, is the people that passed it, will be dead and gone many years, when we begin to see the environmental impact of this ill conceived legislation.
Plain and simple it was lay down for one of the most powerful ENERGY COMPANIES in the United States. A company that causes an environmental nightmare wherever they go.
Next time boys, instead of wearing your regular bibs, try the ones with a snap for taking the suspenders loose. They tell me its a whole lot easier to kiss ass that way.
